Responsibilities:
  • Conducting initial client assessments to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Collaborating with clients to develop implementation plans and timelines.
  • Configuring software or systems according to client specifications.
  • Providing training and support to clients on product usage.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving client concerns.
Experience:
  • Documenting implementation processes, including configurations, training materials, and user guides.
  • Communicating project progress and updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Conducting post-implementation reviews to assess project success and gather feedback for improvement.
  • Collaborating with sales and account management teams to ensure alignment on client expectations.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in implementation methodologies.
Educational requirements:

A Bachelor’s Degree (or related field)

Ideally, 2 years to 4 years experience in an agency environment working in multi-tiered tasks
